User Agreement

The Platform consists of the CreateUpload website, video creation tools, automation workers, and related digital services. A User is any individual or legal entity that registers. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy form an integral part of this agreement.

• Registration information must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for the security of your account, sessions, and connected channel access.
• You must promptly report suspected access and must not use another person's account without authorization.

Services are provided according to plan, quota, and credit limits. Credits may be consumed once processing begins. Records may be reviewed and corrected when a technical error occurs. Third-party outages may affect delivery times.

• You must hold all required copyright, license, personal data, and publication permissions.
• You must review AI-generated output before publication.
• Illegal content, rights infringement, fraud, spam, and uses that compromise platform security are prohibited.

The User grants video upload permission only through Google's consent screen. CreateUpload does not receive the User's Google password. Permission is used to upload and schedule videos according to User instructions. The User may disconnect in the application or revoke access through their Google Account.

The platform software, brand, and design belong to Demiray Technology or its licensors. Rights in User content remain with the User. The User grants the limited processing and transmission license required to provide the service.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, KVKK, applicable GDPR provisions, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Data requests may be sent to [email protected].

Accounts may be restricted or terminated for serious or repeated violations. Records required for security and legal obligations may be retained. Users may request deletion of their account and connected access.

Turkish law applies. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, competent authorities are determined under applicable law. This agreement takes effect when published and is accepted through use of the platform.
