Terms of Service

CreateUpload provides AI-assisted video generation, editing, storage, YouTube channel connection, automated upload, and scheduled publishing tools. Features, capacity, and availability may change over time.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
• You may connect a YouTube channel only if you have the required authority over that channel.
• Google access is granted through OAuth consent and may be revoked at any time.

• Do not create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or hateful material.
• Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other third-party rights.
• Do not conduct spam, fake engagement, phishing, malware distribution, security attacks, or unauthorized scraping.
• Comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Google API policies.

You are responsible for content you submit and publish. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit content to the platform you select solely to provide the service. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other output; you must review accuracy, rights, and suitability before publication.

• Videos are uploaded according to user instructions and, when scheduled, remain private on YouTube until the selected publication time.
• API quotas, Google outages, channel enforcement, and third-party policy changes may affect the service.
• You remain responsible for content published on your channel and its consequences.

Paid features are subject to displayed prices, taxes, and credit rules. Used credits and completed digital operations may be non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Verification may be required in cases of suspected fraud.

We may restrict access or suspend accounts for violations, security risks, payment issues, or legal requirements. You may close your account and revoke connected YouTube access. Data will enter deletion processes except where legal retention is required.

The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or failures caused by third-party services.
