CreateUpload uses YouTube API Services. Google data is used only for account authentication, the channel connection, and the YouTube upload operations you request.

CreateUpload's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

CreateUpload uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also see the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke CreateUpload's access at any time via the Google security settings page.

Google user data is not used for advertising or AI model training, and is not sold or shared for either purpose. It is processed only to provide account authentication, the channel connection, and user-directed YouTube uploads described in this policy.

• Requested YouTube scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload (youtube.upload) — upload the videos you select to your own connected channel.
• Requested Google account scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email (userinfo.email) — associate the connected channel with your CreateUpload account.
• Google Sign-In scope: openid — authenticate your identity with Google.
• Google Sign-In scope: profile — receive basic profile information to create or link your account.
• Google Sign-In scope: email — receive the Google account email used to create or link your account.
• For YouTube connections, we store the selected channel ID, channel name, and an encrypted refresh token. These OAuth connection records are deleted within 30 days after you disconnect YouTube or delete your account, except where retention is required by law.
• To request deletion of Google data, disconnect your YouTube account in CreateUpload or email [email protected]. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

Data may be shared only with infrastructure, payment, AI, storage, analytics, and security providers necessary to deliver the service, under contractual and legal safeguards. Valid requests from competent authorities may be fulfilled as required by law.

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, token encryption, logging, and least-privilege practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable KVKK and GDPR rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may disconnect YouTube from your account and send data requests to [email protected].

We may use cookies for sessions, security, preferences, and measurement. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated through your account or email.
